Your Holiday Gift To Me - Let Me Train You

Dec 25, 2010 10:17

As many of you know, personal training is a long-standing passion of mine. I've studied exercise science, once earned a certification from a prestigous conditioning organization, and read exercise science and kinestesiology for recreation. It's always been a shame to me that I wasn't able to bring myself to pursue it professionally.

But so that's why, at this time of the year, when gifts are given in religious delight and humanitarian charity, that I ask of a gift from you. As we prepare to roll in 2011, when so many new year's resolutions are made, let me help you. I want the opportunity again to help my friends and loved ones to develop lifestyles more befitting their ambitions.

What I wish to share is more than merely a handful of dumbell rep schemes; I can construct a training program that measures seconds and ounces of resistance and utilizes the most advanced equipment found in any gym, and I can give you a program that will achieve phenomenal success using only a few cans of food and some floor space. I can design for you a program for taut and understated muscles or broader shoulders and a firmer... backside, or agility and strength and speed. And I can design diets that will help you put on muscle, shed fat, and take into account any needs (low-income, vegetarian, gluten-free, diabetic, etc). This is my passion and it's one I want the opportunity to share. I ask this not as my gift to you, but let me do this: it would be your gift to me.
