A few months back my Unitarian Universalist congregation, UUCQ, announced it was in serious financial trouble and could no longer afford to pay a full time pastor. :) I guess I'm scared and also wondering if I have enough room on my plate for the time commitment this would involve. It would be cool to be part of something like this though, wouldn't it?

Go for it! I know you have a lot on your plate - that is exactly why something like this might be exactly what you need.

I think that too. I just don't know if I can commit to the time required for it.
