Not surprised but worried just the same
Mom's mental and physical states have declined rapidly over the last two weeks. Her balance has been poor, her memory shaky and she's been seeing my Dad (he's been dead since 2007). She's also been more incontinent that usual. I suspected a mini stroke. Her handwriting on this week's grocery list was beyond unreadable. So, instead of having dinner with us like we planned, Howard went with her to the ER. She was so unsteady on her feet today she couldn't walk around without help. She'd also been complaining about pain behind her right ear so we are hoping the MRI her GP recommended can be done at the hospital.
