I'd forgotten what that was like....
Holy crap! No garbage and no recycling in front of my house! Finally, after weeks of looking at it all, Sanitation came and finally picked it up. The garbage had been picked up but the recycling had been there since Christmas. Just in time for the new storm headed our way.
