If there's one thing that drives me up a fucking wall, it is passive aggressive behavior. If I've done something that has offended you, come right out and tell me. If I've hurt your feelings, let me know directly. If I've said something that makes you feel that I have devalued your experiences, say something to me. I will do my best to work through the problem with you and if needed, apologize to you. But, if you make snarky comments that seem obliquely targeted at me, then you have a snowball's chance in hell that I will address the issue. That kind of bullshit just doesn't fly with me.
