for a week or so let's see if this works...

i'm having a chocolate brownie parfait tonite that i've been wanting to eat for a long time b/c i have a class at the restaurant that serves it in about a half hour (gotta run too!)...and THEN, and then,

AND THEN...

i'm going to try to give up desserts and just have a small throat drop like caramel candy or something (they have LOTS of "stay-awake" candies in japan) when i crave a dessert...just one.

we'll see if i can make it happen. i got my health report back from the yearly physical we have done for work and i was disappointed to see a lot of the numbers there, and i have gained weight since then...its gonna be hard cos ppl are ALWAYS giving out sweets over here, but i'm gonna FIGHT-O as they say over here.

and also wanna try to stop eating *just* bread....sandwiches are all right but here the sliced bread is soooooo HUGE that just to have 1 piecee of toast is killing me in carbs....

ok, here's to prayers!!! oh and i have a new food blog called Mainichi Menus to keep track of what me and S eat. its public so no names or anything...and not a fancy recipe thing or what not, just a simple list of what we eat every day...the Nan of last night and the French Toast of this morning will have to knock it on this new "plan" of mine...

but anyways i'm off to my new ladies class!! followed by a nice evening walk to have dinner with my husband =) YAY for the weekend!!
