ooooh i bought nice things today :)
rose and violet creams in dark chocolate.
huge fat garlic n herb olives
espresso cakey biscuit things
chocolate biscotti
emmental and pumpkin seed crisp bread
ummmm a seasoning mixture for spaghetti (dried chili peppers, parsley, garlic and tomatoes)
huge pasta spirals
olive oil with rosemary and chilis, garlic and peppercorns.
all from La Gastronomie.
then on to the Dulwich Bookshop whence i purchased:
a lil watercolour card of poppies potentially as background for
poppy_juice journal.
a postcard with a photo of a blue agapanthus, for similar purposes.
and....
Claudia Rodens 'The Book of Jewish Food' oooh which i have wanted for aaaaages.
includes recipes for rose water, rose tea, rose jelly, rose jam and rose icecream. um yum yum.
next off to East Dulwich where i pushed the boat out in 'Grace and Favour'
i bought:
purple crocheted shawl avec irredescent big sequins
bracelet with dangly green glass beads on
necklace with a row of heart lockets each in a different colour with different beaded pattern on
some lovely purple dangly earrings
some lovely very dangly earrings of silver metal circles and clear glass beads.
2 x lilac star hair bands
2 x pink star hairbands.

and last but by all means not least, a little ensemble of star hair bands, necklace and scarf, and not quite visible dangly purple earrings :)
crumps, i didnt realise how blurry these were. sorry. but do i really care??? non.
i love sparkly dangly things. and i think that most of these items could be used in my bellydancing career, so money well spent methinks.
