Cold Play - The Impending Death of Film

Mar 08, 2008 23:18

Last week, I went to someplace and did a little something that would make my mum scream if she ever did find out about it.

Here's the evidence:

#2

#3

#4 Accidental Babies.

#5 The Bittersweet Romance of Josephine and Edna.

#6 Withered and worn but I'll still lay by your side, now and through the netherlands.

#7

#8 Beautiful grave. Period.

#12 'We live in a beautiful world. Yeah we do, yeah we do.' - Chris Martin

#13

#14 These flowers subsequently landed themselves, from the shop,  to a random grave or two which I fancied.

#15 Answering God's calling.

#16

#17

#18 "Maintain by Jie Aw" - Commercialisation on a cemetery wtf?
I hereby name this picture, "Appalling".

#19 Paying homage to a beautiful name.

#20 The Pinnacle of Pseudo-Photojournalism - The Hunt for Mas Salemat continues

#21 Military security personnel doing their utmost best.

#22 My film spool kinda jammed and created these funky double exposures.

#23

This set was the most difficult set I've done to date. Had to jostle and jump around trying hard not to step on graves unnecessarily while trying to capture my shots. The area was also packed with Military Security personnel trying to hunt the son of a gun down. So if you're thinking of heading down, might wanna factor in the risk of being chased out, which was my fate eventually.

But not before I shot a good 32 frames. *grins*

In case you're wondering, I didn't use any photoshop. I just requested a sepia tone from Uncle Mike and ya, there you go. Cheers.

Enjoy.

PS: Japanese Cemetery next week k? *grins wider*

EDIT: The more I view these pictures, the more goosebumps I get. Man... it's getting damn creepy la.
I'd like to draw your attention to pictures 3 and 9, cause I'm seeing things on my pictures I should not be seeing >.<

Black line on the top left hand corner of pic 3, and weird light streak in the middle of pic 9.

Damn.
