An expensive and yet productive day
I honestly thought the day would never come.
I'm so ashamed.
Ah, but check out the other big-ticket item I bought today, one I'm not so ashamed of!
It's not as big or as comfy as the last couch I had (resting peacefully in the city dump because I had literally nowhere I could store it -- the damn thing was just too big), but it's pretty nice. Like new, for a hundred bucks. Not bad.
Unrelatedly, malady_dome and I have started a photo community. It's designed specifically for photographers, and not for people who like to bitch about LJ cuts and file sizes and photos cluttering up their friends page. If you're a serious photographer and you want real feedback on your work -- while at the same time checking out the work of your peers, give bestshot a look. It's only been up for a few days, and already there's been some AMAZING stuff posted there. I'm pretty stoked.
