OMFG!
My icon is amazingly appropriate. But before I get to why. I will say I am beginning to come to terms with Chad and Sophia's seperation. I am sad for them, and yet also happy for them, if this will make them happy. I'm not so delusioned as to think it's a hoax. Although I suppose there could be hope of them getting back together, stranger things have happened (Right, Jude?) It was the fact that it was on the local news that really nailed the coffin for me.
Moving on, I haven't talked about TV recently, mostly because there wasn't a lot to talk about aside from how AWESOME Supernatural (tonight 9pm WB) is but that has changed. I'll let you know when the title and icon come into play...
I DVR'd this, only because EW gave it a good review. I was glad I did. Maybe this "fresh start" will refresh the show a little. It certainly made it a bit more interesting. I'm intrigued about Kaley Cuoco's character. I'm sure I spelled her name wrong. Sorry Kaley!!
YAY! I missed this show. It wasn't great, but it was good. Loved neurotic Bree. Lynette was pretty retarded though, she should have seen if one of the girls could watch the baby for a little bit, I'm sure they would have. Especially with her husband being hurt. Gabrielle was a little blah, but I loved her bit with Carlos at the end where they're meloncholy and nostolgic. I'm beginning to get sick of S/M, which is a shame. But I still love Julie. The new housewife, omg. OMG. My thought was an incestial affair with the son, but... OMG! So exciting. Tingly.
Ah, this show is such a breath of fresh air. I love almost every character. I especially love George, Izzie, Alex, Cristina, and Dr. Bailey. She was HYSTERICAL when Burke was asking about Dr. McDreamy. "It's me! I'm tall. I'm handsome. I like to lean on things.. I'M BUSY BEING A DOCTOR HERE!" hee. George the sponge? So adorable. I loved him in peds, "Are you talking to yourself?" "Yes. No. God. I can't even lie that I'm talking to myself!" Best bit though was when he came out during Meredith and McDreamy's fight and held the umbrella over her and was walking her (righteously) angry self away and wanted her keys. ADORABLE! Izzie, hee, "So, according to your logic you were beat up by a girl." *snicker* Those two are gonna collide like fireworks, and it will be AWESOME (Izzie/Alex) and when he breaks her heart (or maybe if they want to go unexpected, she breaks his) George will be there to pick up the pieces (or cause the pieces... that'd be cool. Oh oh fic idea. shit.) Cristina, awww, Meredith is your person! AW! and AW! and he broke up with you! AW! Meredith gets bonus points for not falling for McDreamy's shit, even after finding out the true story. He's still a tad slimey, but an oh so handsome and charming slimey, the worst kind.
OMFG!-->Okay I will say exactly the repeated sentiment I said over and over (with different inflictions) during the show.... OH. MY. FUCKING. GOD. This show is kind of amazing. First of all the shattering of the lighthouse? Also the size of the carcass they found on the beach. As they were walking past the lab windows talking I realized what it was in there, and that it was the thing, and that it was BIG, and I went "Oh. My. God." and my parents were like, "What?" and I was like "Look how big the damn thing is!" Little did I know I was in for a surprise, but more on that later. The doctor's face healing? Freaky shit! What are these creatures. They're so wishy washy. I loved Laura and um... the other guy who's name I have not yet learned, being all illegal. and her kid "This was the best night of my life!" Okay Miles. Oh. My... GOD! I heart Carter Jenkins, he's so adorable. ringing the bell... aww. and Nim! OMG they really showed Nim for the first time ever. NIM! He's soooooo adorable is he not? I TOLD YOU! I TOLD YOU! He is THE cutest thing on TV today. I want one, even if he'd fuck up my electricity, cost millions in fish and water, and possibly grow to be the size of a large bus and eat me. Yes. The size of a large bus. Bigger even. The bit with the people fishing for sharks. At first I thought, oh, they'll catch a thing instead. but no. They caught a shark.... it's head at least. Then, aerial view, and they were EATEN! EATEN BY A REALLY BIG ONE! A REALLY REALLY FUCKING GIGANTIC OMFG! ONE!!!!!!!!!!!! I seriously spazzed. Back to Nim. Nim was adorrrrrrrrrrrrabbbbbbbbbbbblllllllllleeeeeeeee. Scaring the sister in the dollhouse. diving in the pool. Then in her bedroom. "MILES! WHERE IS THAT THING! GET IT!" "I'M TRYING!" *Nim jumps onto nightstand from behind bed, knocking over books and going "arrr!"* "AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!" *sister backs away screaming!* "EEEEEEEEEEEEIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIII!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!" *Nim gets scared of her and screams too, losing his footing and falling into the trashcan.* I laughed so fucking hard I CRIED! HE'S SOOOOOOOOOOOO CUTE! Then in the bathtub, when Miles dumped him in and he kinda backed up looking down, shook his head like a cat with an itch and then looked up at Miles like "Hi, thanks, who are you?" Adorabllllllleeeeeeeeeee!!! and with the fish, how he zapped it then grabbed it and flipped like an otter to eat. He's SOOOOOOOOOOOO CUTE!
Blah blah two & 1/2 men, out of practice, CSI Miami (YAY BRENDAN!), blah. Best part of Monday was Surface. If you haven't seen it yet check Yahoo's TV section for when Ep two is repeating on Sci-Fi. It's BLEEDING AMAZING! You'll love it. I swear. Honestly. Come on. Try it. For me?
