Interview Day

Mar 18, 2005 16:06

I had my interview this morning. After nearly an hour of waiting for someome to get their act together and get me an application I filled it out and then went and talked to Burnie. It seemed to go well, I wasn't nervous at all for some reason. We talked a bit about the office and recent events (a wind storm knocked a tree down into some cars there last week) and he gave me a thing to read about the position. He sympathized with my South Eastern Foot and Ankle let go. Which now that I think on it does make me mad. No matter. Then he talked a bit about the position and the company and what he expected and what he's been planning to do for slow changes, what has been done already. I agreed with pretty much everything he said, because I did agree. I told him a little bit about my background and experiances, including that I'm already HIPPA trained there and they have my signature on record. Which he did NOT know. Hopefully that's a good thing to him though I don't know. Anyway. Then we chatted a bit about the other employee I'd be working with, whom I know, and what would be expected of me. We also chatted about foreign languages. He was very honest with me, which I appreciate. Then he walked me out and said he figured he'd talk to me soon. I should know SOMETHING next week, either way.

Again, Private until this is settled, don't want to jinx it.
