Quick update...
So, I got that new job, and it's kept me so busy I haven't had time to update, not that there was much to update about! It's going good, and it's fun, so that's good. It's exhausting though. I usually get up about 7:15, get ready, eat if I feel like it, check my e-mail and LJ and then go to work 8 or shortly after. Then I get home about 5:45, get dinner, maybe some computer time, or else catching up on shows I've recorded. Then I relax and watch TV and work on cross stitch (some X-Mas gifts, some X-Mas decorations) Usually I'm headed back upstairs around 11, then I get in another hour or so of computer time, and then I go to bed because I can no longer keep my eyes open. By 10:30 I'm completely exhausted and struggling to stay asleep downstairs. But the walk up invigorates me enough until about 11:30 then I'm ready to drop. So I set my alarm, change, hit the hay, and do it all again in the morning. It's kind of boring.
I had a good Thanksgiving, I hope everyone else did too. Had my cousin and her husband over, and my dad's boss. He brought these awesome boneless chicken wing things from the Bi-Lo where he lives and omg they were amazing. Loved them. There were two kinds, regular and barbeque, and also a ranch dipping sauce. Man they were good. I ate way too much appetizers. Then like 3 hours later I ate way too much dinner. Then about an hour and a half after that I ate a piece of super rich caramel apple pie from Sam's Club. That was all until lunch today. Because dude, I felt so sick. Ugh. I also got to see the neighborhood cat Tom yesterday. I gave him some turkey for a special treat. He liked it. He was purring, and he licked my hand. He's so cute and awesome. He's young, not quite still a kitten, but young. And he's so lively. He's a good kitty, plus he helps keep the local rodent population down. I took some pictures of him that night, I'm planning a picture post for tomorrow, hopefully. So you'll see them then, along with some of my indoor cat Boots, and some of my eyes because I was feeling artistic so I did my eyes up all pretty then did like, a photo exhibit of different.. angles and stuffs. I think they came out pretty good, especially this one from the side except I'm looking over at the camera out of the corners of my eyes kind of. I'll point it out.
Anyway. I'm exhausted, and I gotta e-mail my aunt some info on a hotel and pics of Tom, so see you guys tomorrow.
