I need some help.
Okay, so my love monkey and his (not as computer savvy as they think) friends d/led and then ran (!) a program that had a virus in it. McAfee seems to think that it has clean everything. I ran the virus scan twice yesterday and it turned up nothing. However, last night my computer restarted itself. And, it has restarted itself maybe 6 times today. It always says the same thing when it restarts itself: An error occurred at C:\Windows\System32\Services.exe then it gives me a minute to save everything before it restarts itself.
I need this to be fixed because my computer is currently my livelihood as I am an online tutor. Any suggestions? I'm fresh out. I did everything McAfee's website said to do and everything that I could find on Dell's (not particularly helpful in this instance) website and I just need it fixed.
