(no subject)
Sleep still sucks... as in I go to sleep around 6am and wake up for classes around 9am. Bah... but my CPAP machine is arriving in the mail soon. Should I insert a WooT here? I feel that I should not. Bah... but I took a sleeping pill 15 minutes ago so hopefully that'll knock me out.
Since I've not been sleeping, I've had lots of time to make Eric pretty things for his business! Yay! He's going to Charleston Newspapers tomorrow to place his ad... though I don't think it will be mine that he picks. It was nice, but too cartoon-y. That's ok! As long as he makes money so he can buy his other half something... not that I'd let him or anything *grins*
Eve-e and I talked for about an hour last night. She's doing very awesome and is happy with her new major (Art Education). Her brother, however, I'm worried about. He was selected by his company to go to New Orleans after Hurricane Katrina. From what I understand, he basically does security-type things. I thought he was only going to be down for a few weeks, but he'll be there until November at least. Everyone, send him some good thoughts!
Today was birthday party night at Texas Steakhouse. They taught me the birthday song we have to sing to everyone... heh... at least it pays the bills.
