Wet Sock Therapy 2) Cayenne Tea:
1 inch ginger root, peeled
4 cups cold water
1 tsp cayenne pepper
1/2 sliced lemon lemon juice
agave or honey to taste
1-2 cloves garlic, mashed
Grate peeled ginger root. Put it in a pot with 4 cups of cold water, bring to a boil with lemon slices. Lower heat, and simmer 15 minutes.It will boil down a bit. Add cayenne pepper and simmer 1 minute more. Remove from heat. Add mashed garlic. Let cool slightly, and strain.
