Breathing :)

Yesterday, I had my personal training with these progressive/alternative people. They adviced me on how to better my livestyle, and gave me all sorts of suggestions.

The most important thing to remember for me was to keep breathing :) apparelntly, I have a tendency for shallow breathing in the upper chest. Proper breathing involves deep breath and "Belly" breathing. So, now, i look all funny with expanding my belly nice and wide, and taking nice big breaths. This is not the first time, i hear about it, apparantly proper breathing is very important for health and vitality and reducing stress.

Does anybody now any good breathing techniques? Books/websites to recommend?

We'll see how long tis lasts, but I am determuned to breath well !
