Listening to NPR I was reminded of a line from a movie that explained one of W's many problems. The interviewer questioned the wisdom of having a Navy general as Chairman of the Joint Chiefs when we are involved in a couple of land wars in Asia. "Land wars in Asia," I thought, "something about that phase sounds familiar." And then the light bulb went off...
