I am building a massive great cable car over the Thames (not with my own fair hands mind, but I'm involved and that's what counts). Exciting, right? WRONG. Zillions (no, I'm NOT exaggerating, not in the slightest) of plans that all look the sodding same and my arms are too short to hold them or fold them so I give up and make paper hats out of them. So if the cable car doesn't get built in time for whenever it's meant to be built in time for you know it's because I'm sitting at my desk wearing the plans as paper hats and throwing them as aeroplanes and making those cube wotsit games like the ones wot we did at school.
Also it's billing day and, as every month, not a single fee earner has extracted their head from their own or the Senior Partner's backsides to plan in advance.
And let's not even get started on my personal life.
Can you tell I have PMT? I am a giant ball of TENSION. Ngggggh.
At least it's pay day to briefly alleviate my chronic lack of funds and therefore fun and alcohol. Someone put a bottle of wine in my hand and point me in the direction of funtimes.
