It's been a long time since my last post here. What can I say, I feel ashamed! The last months have been super-intensive and I should really focus on a proper update! Unfortunately, it'll need to wait until I'm done cramming for my very first big exam in International Relations, the new course I'm taking this fall at Stockholm's University. I have this tendency to go for very time-consuming, ambitious courses that really do their utmost to preoccupy me and my life, to the fullest! Without exaggerating, I read ca. 100 pages a day, of often very pondersome treatises on economics and international finance, which leaves me totally exhausted at the end of the day. Luckily, I find my classes very interesting.
My beloved
Nina-Kanina, my sweetest bunny died on September 1st, 2007. Womb cancer took her away from us... Nina, R.I.P!
The highligts of the last few months:
- I defended my Master of Arts thesis in Scandinavian Studies on Jun 28th, 2007!
- I worked during my summer holidays
- But even found time to visit my family in Gdansk!
- I got totally crazy about
facebook!
- And in the beginning of September travelled with Jens and his family to Andalusia in Spain.
- As I'm a bookish type, I've decided to study some more (International Relations at SU)
- Chai latte is simply the most delicious thing in the world
- And am so dancing around because all of my favourite TV shows are starting right now! Weee!
In the evening we're celebrating Jens' cousin's Fia's 25th birthday so I'll need to leave you here and go back to my studying.
