Pop, goes my heart!
Jens turned 27 last Saturday and we had a blast celebrating his day. As you can see from the pictures I'm posting, the weather was simply magical, over 22*C. We spent the day outside enjoying the summer-warmth and simply 'whooping it up'. I invited Jens for a delicious Thai dinner (Twilight Chick *yum*) in Kungsträdgården and we had lots of ice cream (among others, we were entertained with free of charge Ben& Jerry's!), we strolled through the beautiful old streets of Stockholm lapping up the gorgeousness of the season. It was a delightful Saturday. In the evening we went to the cinema and saw Music and Lyrics with Hugh Grant and Drew Barrymore, a perfect birthday-film! So cheerful and in my book every production that has Hugh Grant in it is a must-see. He is so cute and really can make your day with his British accent. The plot was actually quite tawdry but all in all, its beauty lies in its "cheesiness"! Go, Hugh, go!
After the movies we went home where we indulged ourselves with a bottle of champagne and Spanish strawberries.
Today I need to pack for Skåne and do a lot of other things like:
*write some three pages for my thesis
*write two papers for my Norwegian course
*buy a card and a little present for my Mum's nameday
*check my library account
*do the laundry
*and...catch up on some TVseries! Lost <3
