Happy Holidays!
It feels so wonderful to be back home again. Visiting all my favourite places, my haunts, meeting family and friends, shopping, singing and dancing out of sheer happiness, baking Christmas cookies... and this year we've got the most beautiful Christmas tree ever. I'm all warm and fuzzy inside! Weee!
This week I went to Gdansk several times in order to see my grandparents, mates as well as to organize my uni stuff at Gdansk University. Everything went as planned and I had a blast seeing everyone again. We are all so grown-up and seniors at Scandinavian Studies dep. We rock hehe!
When we strolled through Gdansk Old City on Wednesday afternoon we bumped into something magical... "Christmas Eve" for Gdansk's citizens. Gdansk mayor was there as well as journalists, tourists and some old people. I really felt the spirit of Christmas there. When we shared wafer and bread with one another, sang Christmas carols and wished Happy Holidays to everyone in the street.
