Hmmm fair enough to hear from the side of the bookseller/importer. But i would suggest strongly for you (or anyone reading Filcosplayfart's blog) to read a Multiply blog of Philippine Genre Stories who actually took the time to call up DOF regarding the matter and was even given time by Undersecretary Estela Sales herself.
