Ok so in the past few days, i've averaged maybe 3 hours of sleep a day;
that's worse than normal for me, and you think i'd be able to just sleep without any real problem...
But, of course, that's not the case. Maybe I shouldn't complain:
The 5.5 hours of sleep I just got wasn't too bad, but I need more.
I really really do...yet, I've been awake for almost 2 hours since waking up,
it's almost 7am, and I'm still wide awake.
WTF....that's all i know how to say to this anymore.
I really don't wanna start taking some prescription sleep aid or something.
I don't always have the luxury of sleeping 8 full hours, and I'm pretty sure most of those require that.
Even putting that aside, I have serious issues w. taking medication so I could live "normally."
I function quite normally and stably otherwise, why the fuck does my body not let me sleep regularly?
Your body supposedly "forgets" your sleep defecit after 3 weeks.
I think mine likes to forget every 3 hours.
