update... finally a real one :P
ok, I promised a real update like 3 weeks ago.... here it is
School: Exams start next week. I'm so nervous and excited at the same time! Nervous because I know I have to rock them, and excited because I'm almost done my first year of university. This year has definately been a rollercoaster, but I have a feeling that it'll get better.
The RMC-ers: I went to the RMC percussion ensemble's performance at Mother Theresa on Saturday... It was AWESOME peoples! I wish Jess was feeling better but what can you do, the flu (or things like the flu) don't ask you what you have planned or take a look at a calender or anything! And another exciting thing with the RMC-ers coming up, I'm going to Montreal with them! Just like the good ol' days, a hotel room, a foregin language, and some of the best people anyone could call friends <3 I miss them way too much for my own good some days!
Skating: It's starting up again next week!!!!!! Monday nights for 8 weeks (excluding May 2-4 - Which, we ARE doing something that weekend Jess... But we need to come up with a plan first :P).
At home: There's been some blow ups with my mom recently but I think that it's starting to get straightened out. Now that I have my G2 I won't always have to rely on them to take me everywhere. Well not only that I have my G2, we're getting a second car. We've been looking at preowned Toyota's. Oh, and I think that I proved myself to my parents last night. Allison, Chris and myself went out to Starbucks and they let me take the car. Not only were we home before the latest that they told us that we could be out, I didn't use up the whole tank of gas, and I didn't crash into anything! I was actually more relaxed driving with them than I am when I'm driving with my parents, even my dad! I think that they're finally starting to treat me like an adult (with some things)
Friends: I definately don't see some of them as much as I want to *cough*Leanna!*cough* I think that I should just randomly go shopping where some of them work =P Over the next few weeks I should be able to see some of them more frequently, that is until summer school starts in July (yeah I guess I should have said that up ^there in the school part...)
Him: We've had some pretty good, some pretty random (haha planndom) conversations. He came over the other day and we played guitar hero for an hour before I had to go to work. He's actually really good! He keeps on saying that we have to hang out again too... I really want to. Maybe if I go to the bar on Friday night he'll go too, but it's really random, he doesn't really talk to me while we're at the bar. Then again, he's half drunk by the time he gets to the bar! He's just awesome, an amazing artist, and his family is just amazing (yes there's no other word to describe it!)
Um, I think that's everything that I have right now...
