While I've been off from school we've been making lovely continental-style meals for our little family. The problem is that these types of meals can take quite a while to eat. Normally this is fine, but if I can't stay up for a while once dinner is finished I have horrible nightmares.
Last night I made this:

Perhaps I can have continental-style meals at a less-continental time?
