The best way to beat the heat!!
HAHahahahhahahahahahhahahaha (I'm laughing, for those who can't tell) Why am I laughing? Because while all of you (Minus Rusche, obviously) were roasting away like little bunnies on a spit on the HOTTEST WEEKEND THIS YEAR, I was keeping it cool at the beach. BUWAHAHAHAHAHAHAHHA you know how hot it got at the beach? 86, at it's hottest! I slept with a quilt so I wouldn't get too COLD!!! hahahahhahahaha and in fact, yesterday, at one point I was huddling with Brian to keep warm!! Yes, that's right, Brian came to the beach too! OMG it was so much fun because my Dad doesn't mind that me and Brian cuddle a lot, and he knows Brian is SUPER poor right now, so he paid for all of Brian's food etc, and Brian didn't have to drive down there and pay for the gas, AND Brian got away from the heat too! HAHAHAHAHHAHAHAHAHA.
So, Brian and I went whale watching yesterday morning. We took one of the Zodiac tours, which are little pontoon boat/ raft type things that are REALLY fun and take you closer than any other boats or charters to the whales. Here's the thing...yesterday morning at the beach? FOGGY AS HELL. We couldn't see whales or for that matter, the shore! Good thing Captain Jack (he was the raft captain, btw the raft only seated Brian and myself) knew where the shore was!! I kept joking whith Brian and saying we were going into...OPEN WATER...because it really was creepy to only see fog all around you. I also chose to wear flip flops on our sea adventure, so my feet were completely numb by the time we got back. All and all though it was okay because Captain Jack gave us a little note that said we could go on another tour at another time. He said August would be best, so Wh-hoo!
On another note, I've been trying to reach this person from the camp I will be leaving for next Sunday, but I've left 3 messages and gotten 0 calls back. This makes me really frustrated!! But yeah, so I sent an email, lets hope she responds
On another another note, the ring I got Brian, that was supposed to be all sterling silver...was in fcat copper with sterling silver around it. How do I know? It turned his finger green!!! Dammit, now I have to get another ring, but that one was kind of expensive! So grrr to them. He still wears it though, because he's loverly. Yes, Loverly.
So that's all I've got fromt he last few days
P.S. I've used a lot of exclamation points in this post..OH NOOO!!!!!
P.P.S. I jsut watched 'Spiriter Away' it was amazingly good, but I wonder about the end...did the movers just leave the furniture there? What about the house? Wouldn't the back or something take it back?!? So many questions...
P.P.P.S. It really is supposed to be P.P.S and not P.S.S like some people do because P.S means "post script" as in after the actual message, and Post script script doesn't make sense.
