Ketchup
Me and my bassist go like this. He's like fries, and I'm like ketchup. He's okay alone, when well-salted. I however, am only good alone to the fanatics who are crazy for me. But, when we're together... It's good. At least the stage makes it super-hard for me to sound good solo.
Here's what's been happening lately:
-Been playing much guitar. My fingers are shredded. Sweet.
-Kyle died, but was revived by Rick. *Yay* He just needed a new alternator and a coupla other little things. Now, we just gotta watch out for the radiator.
-Starbuck may hire me now. Trying not to get my hopes up, because Stephanie said she'd let me know Monday. They need people for early, early hours (4:15am), which is great for me and my newly-found insomnia.
-I live at my church already and Master's hasn't even started.
-I'm having a concert/fundraiser on July 23. You all must come if you really love me. :)
Here's what happened today:
-Sent music to the band for Sunday.
-Did some laundry.
-Went to work.
-Did some tricky manuevering with rides/cars.
-Went to Starbucks.
-Got my mom and dropped her off.
-Hung with Manda, Jon, Randy, and Jamie. Then, we went to Ricky's.
-Pastor Jeremy called and informed me I'm playing tomorrow night at 8pm. Yeah, I get off work at 8pm. Not sure how I'm going to do that one....
What tomorrow holds:
-Picking out music for the night ahead.
-Sending stuff to Charlie and Rob.
-Go to work and figure out how I can get out early.
-Sing for children at 8pm! And watch some Star wars. Woot.
