Date or Incinerate: The Rules

By popular demand, and since I wont be able to finish posting the original Date or Incinerate for at least another month, I've decided to post up the rules so that others can give it a shot. :D

How does an elimination happen? By move-out or death? The "incinerate" part has me a bit worried... Sounds like I'm supposed to set them on fire or smite them with lightning bolts, seeing as they are supposed to be "desperate enough to die for love". And if they're supposed to DIAF when eliminated, are we supposed to keep the urns and cope with ghosts, too?

Does an elimination happen on every night except the first? Or do they start on the third night because that's the first rule where eliminations (and being safe from them) are mentioned?

Sorry for being so thick about this but I've never read a bachelor/ette challenge or farmer wants a wife, nor have I seen those shows on TV, so I'm just trying to get the rules straight in my head. And you're kind of missing the rule about when eliminations happen. And how they happen.

Eliminations happen every night bar the first. As this is Date or Incinerate, yes you off the loser every night - I did it with insim and the burn to death option and kept the tombstones on the lot. - ALTHOUGH at the end cause I was reusing the lot for the rest of that legacy's gen, I ressed everyone and townified them. xD

I think I kind of didn't include it because I figured everyone would have read mine - but that's sillY! xD So I'll attempt to add that tomorrow. *hugs*

I'll give this a go once my crazy whirlwind of round robins is over. And I did kind of promise you that I would start a TS3 RR soon, too. But that won't be until January, I think.

I'm doing Generation 1 of the Hallows RR on DW, Generation 3 of the Landon Rainbow RR on LJ and Generation 3 of the new Sims 3 RR just about to start up on LJ. Plus I'm in ANOTHER RR on a site, though I prolly won't be doing my generation of that one for a while since I'm hovering around generation 6 or 7 (they're dropping like flies; I advanced that far from gen 13!). So I'm a bit chock-a-block full of RRs at the moment.

Oh wow, sorry for not replying to this when you asked O_O;; I must've not been getting notifs at the time! For future reference: Perhaps do the rules for Day 5 on any day you don't have the requisite items..?
