Today was pretty awesome.
I hung out with Dad today. He picked me up around four, and took me to Lynnhaven mall to buy some ODU shirts. I got a gray one and a blue one- the blue one's my favorite, so pretty~! Then I went into Suncoast and bought stuff, and he took me to Carraba's Italian Grill, which was AMAZING. Seriously, we were in and out in 30 minutes. The service was great, the food was good, and the guys were cute. The salad I got was HUGE, so I'm eating the rest of it tomorrow. :D It was yummy~!
Then he took me to Walmart to get me some school supplies. So, I got two 3-subject notebooks and a new dictionary. (My other dictionary is from 6th grade and is now in two pieces. XD;;)
Spoils from the day:
- 2 ODU shirts
- A box each of strawberry, almond, and chocolate pocky
- kiwi gummi things that are really yummy
- a Japanese soda thingy :D
- A Naruto Leaf Village headband <3
- the first Air Gear DVD (uncut, ftw)
- 2 3-subject notebooks (one black and one purple)
- a pocket dictionary
- Paramore's new CD, RIOT!
And that's it. XD Dad spent $30 on me (not counting food) and I spent $80. XD;;
I was pretty proud of him for starting to learn how to manage his money. Maybe he'll be more responsible in the near future.
We listened to the music that people dance the Shag to. I want to learn, sorta. But Dad isn't going to the beginner classes anymore, so I don't think I will. Oh well.
