deep breathe, blue sky, life is good
Today was, weirdly, a good day. I only got five hours of sleep (due to me suddenly sitting up in the middle of the night saying "shit, I forgot to do my english homework" and having to get my laptop and post it) but I got up this morning awake and energized. Twas pretty sweet. :3 The only bad thing was that I started my period, but I haven't had PMS or bad cramps yet, so that's good.
I left the house a little after eight, avoided the HUGE ASS SPIDER that's built a giant web on the corner of our house (I'll try to get a picture soon, but that spider is shy and runs away if you get too close) and sped down the interstate as usual. I don't like how people drive reeeeeaaally slow in the mornings. D:
I reminisced a lot during the drive. I really miss the Stationwagon, and reminded myself about what happened in the car wash. XDDD Fun times to be had. Silly parents and windows, lol. XD (No one knows what this means, but oh well. I do, lawl. xD)
Got from my house to school in 30 minutes. There was NO traffic. People went a little slow at points, but that's to be expected, so no big there. Since it was only 8:34, I got a parking place close to the stairs. And I didn't run into the side of the parking garage this time! :D
I got a good seat in Chem, next to this girl who is in my lab. I don't know how to spell her name though, but it's something like Ariela. I think. o-o;; homework is extended to Monday, which is awesome, because it takes freaking FOREVER.
After Chem I sat outside of the Education building, ate my apple, and studied for the Calc test I had in an hour. I'm not sure how I did on it, though- I got done and checked my answers in 40 minutes, was the third person to turn it in, and left. So I either bombed it or am just really good at limits and derivatives. (I hope it's the latter. *crosses fingers*)
So that meant i was out of Calc 50 minutes early, so i had a two hour and twenty minute break before english. :D Kayla texted me, so i found her and we ate lunch together, accompanied by my friend Stephanie. I had the Broccoli and Cheese Bread Bowl and it was really yummy. :3
Then Stephanie had to go to class, so me, Kayla, and Kelly talked for a bit, went to the bank, talked to Kelly's friend (Colleen, I think) and this guys who knows Kelly from NewPAGE Discussion, Ted. Ted is in my English class, so we walked together, and killed time talking in the hall. Then we went upstairs to take our English midterm, which just involved us writing an essay from a prompt question. Again, I either completely bombed it or did well, I'm not sure. I was kinda tired.
Drive home took an hour and some change. Wasn't too bad, actually. All in all, I had a pretty great day today. :D~<3
