Hinata-chan lived, but it drove Naruto upset to the point where he changed...at first it was six tails then...[Shakes her head. she doesn't want to think about it now.]

Shishou managed to keep most of the villagers safe but...she's in a coma now, Danzo is Hokage and last I saw Naruto-kun he was going with Kakshi-sensei and Yamato-san to the Land of Iron to convince the Raikage not to kill Sasuke-kun.
