Supervisory positions it is. Anyone gives you shit for being an unseated doing it... Well, you can handle that, right? Gimme a bit and I'll figure out a rotation to put you on. It'll mean moving a few people around. Lucky for us, we don't do a lot of work outside Seireitei, so we actually have things to do with the Senkaimon closed. Can't say the same for other divisions.

Yeah, that took some getting used to, I remember. Been good for my area knowledge if nothin' else. I gotta wonder what's so bad about standing guard, though--no wait, I can kinda imagine. Just find me some rookies to yell at, and I'll shut up now, sir.
