[Emergency Bananaphone//Filter to Urahara]

I assume you've already seen this, Urahara-san. So you can guess what I'm gonna ask. I don't know where Ichimaru took Ishida, but I need to find them. You're pretty much the first and only person I can ask.

I did indeed see. I do have to wonder what on earth Ichimaru would want with Ishida-san. Well, nevertheless, I do have a few new little contraptions I need to test out anyway; perhaps they'll be of use in this situation. My resources are at your disposal--it wouldn't do to divide the team now.

The obvious answer to that is "yank our chain", define the "us" as you like.

Thanks. They can't do worse than tryin' to stand on top of Soukyoku Hill scanning for either bastard's reiatsu. I'll be over as soon as I can.

They're actually more geared to work in the living world, as I imagine there is enough reiatsu-sensing manpower in Soul Society already. Though you can surely take a few with you to sniff around the less pleasant parts of Rukongai if you like. I can carry the hunt on this side of the gate.

I was thinking I'd ask Renji to keep an eye out in Soul Society--he knows Rukongai a hell of a lot better than I do. So I'll stick around, if you don't mind.

Thanks again. I bet I owe you a few months of spit-polishing the Shouten for this. At the outset.

... I might just make Ishida take up some of those shifts.

I do not mind a bit~ ♥ I am certain he is not anywhere in Karakura Town. The reiatsu signatures are faint and erratic, but most assuredly not here, wherever they lead. I will expand my search field, and see if Tessai-san can do something to increase the range of our sensors.

And I hope you do have dear Ishida-san help out with some shifts! He is such the fastidious fellow; I am certain the floors will shine very nicely after he's through with them.

I hope you don't mind the inevitable side commentary of how demeaning it is to work for a shinigami.

I think I'm getting the hang of working the sensor, so I'll head out, too.

I'd like to say it's part of his charm, but I don't feel that would be entirely accurate.

Good luck, then. Let me know if the sensors give you any trouble; they're still somewhat experimental, so feedback will only hasten to perfect them.
