(no subject)

Ok so today has sucked so far today food-wise, but I am going to make a plan. A real plan. I need to stop being lazy and get a job, so I can buy food that is actually healthy for me (and low-cal kthx). When I told my Dad that I wanted to become pescatarian, he basically just laughed at me and said, "When you move out, sure. I'm not getting you separate food." So, I guess this means I will have to get the food myself. If my Dad disagrees still, then fuck him. I am not going to be a fatass like him. When I finally get my act together and aren't forced to eat with him anymore, I will eat my 'dinner' right after school instead of around 6 o'clock. These past few days I've been noticing that I'm sleeping better when I eat earlier rather than later, because I don't have all of that extra energy. I'm going to have to do some test runs to see if I work better eating breakfast&lunch with no dinner (which is actually really good for you I read), or breakfast&EARLY dinner. Man, I need an exercise routine too.

I bought a skipping rope today ($1.50), but it is a bit too long... I'm gonna have to fix it. I am happy though. :)

Anyway.... gross food so far:
-some noodles
-bowl of cocoa puffs or whatever they're called
-sugar cookie

Yikes. All horrible stuff. Anyway... This next bit is just me trying to get my act together.



I will NOT eat/drink the following:
soda
chocolate bars (candy bars)
chocolate candies
meat (unless forced :/)
fast food!

I will exercise AT LEAST once a day:
skipping rope 15mins+
walking/running 30mins+
ballet stretches 20mins+
hiphop dancing 30mins+
?? crunches

(I am working on a routine right now. I found a site with some nice exercises...)

I will always pick vegetarian if it is offered.
I will always pick the healthiest foods on a menu.
During school, I will eat something small (below 100cals) before/during first block to get my metabolism running, but I will NOT eat lunch.
I will NOT eat anything after 7 o'clock (unless forced).
I will NOT complain about having to walk to/from school, because it's just extra exercise!
