What You Think You Know About The Two Of Us Just Does Not Matter Anymore

First post of March, let's kick it.

Sunday (leap day) was my Dad's birthday. He's 14 this year.

Another bizzybizzy week ahead. Pulling the evening shift tonight, then I'm going to come home and work on Brain Wave (session two must be without flaws! session one was a little bumpy), and cry a little bit that there's not a new episode of 24 this week. Then Wednesday is New Comics Day, New Angel Day, plus I'm going to drive up to Plano and visit my dad, and try and work out a first draft script for Crisis of the Overmen Part I.

I've got a humongous stack of videotapes I checked out from the store, and I finally got around to watching one of them last night: Election. I can't beleive it has taken me this long to finally see this. Alot of people call it "nearly flawless", but I'd say more along the lines of "almost nearly flawless", nevertheless, it was a thoroughly strange little film with alot of great performances. And the angry lesbian reminded me alot of purple_chica, but that might have been the braces. :-D

And someone stole all of our DVD's from the store, including the basket they were in. Geebies. I wasn't there when it happened, or I'm sure there would have been Kung Fu involved, but I'm told the guy was like 50's ish. I mean, come on. That's so small time, even I'd be embarassed to do it. Pull off a real crime.

And I'm not sick anymore! Sorta. Now I just have a cold. Fuuuuck.
