I will be honest here and say that I cannot bring myself to like Kazu's character here. He is so stubborn and he never really believed in Jin's depth of feelings for him. Would their relationship had lasted if they had been together, if whatever caused him to leave Jin hadn't happened? Would it have been strong enough to withstand the long distance?
I feel really sorry for Jin who has been doing the chasing for so long and I feel tired on his behalf seeing him do it all over again. It is so unfair that he doesn't even know what he had done so wrong to be punished like that.
Even Yuuya had more faith in Jin than Kazu so much so that with his last breath he asked Kazu to find out the truth from Jin and yet Kazu didn't see fit to honour his brother's dying wish.
I wish to see at some point Kazu having to do the chasing instead of Jin. I hope Kazu gets to experience all that Jin feels, the hurt when the one you love pushes you away everytime.
I also don't understand yamapi. Sure he is best friends with both Jin and Ryo but why hasn't he stood up for Jin after Jin found out about the relationship between Kazu and Ryo? Why hasn't he defended Jin afterall he knows the truth about how Jin had been searching and waiting for Kazu.
As for Ryo, he let his feelings for Kazu betray his friendship with Jin. He had only known Kazu for a few months and he believed Kazu over Jin whom he had known almost all his life. If that is not someone being led by his cock then I don't know what is.
I am really sorry for ranting but I became too absorbed in your story and I got really upset as I read, so much so that I just had to write down what I felt. I meant no offence so I hope none was taken. If I have upset you in any way because of my comments, please accept my humble apologies.
About Yamapi. It's just that he haven't written those scenes, but he have said a few times that he had talked with Ryo and it had had the same ending as it did with Jin - Ryo had refused to say or believe anything. Yamapi knows his two best friends and he knows that nothing will change their minds at this point - they have to figure it themselves. Besides, he trusts Jin and he knows that he'll eventually get to Ryo and Kazuya XDD
And Ryo. He also has a story that we hadn't talked about much unfortunately *sigh* His actions will be understood later, but while it's true that he had believed in Kazuya more than his own best friend, he had had his reasons too. And, well, he had only thought that this fight won't last for long. I'll explain more after chapter 17 when we reveal what had really happened three years ago :P
Don't be sorry XDD Now that you've said it, I realized that we haven't explained Ryo that much and that maybe we should try and add something to the story. So if you have other opinions, please do share ^^
The part about Kazuya will be answered by my partner as she had written Kazuya and Yuuya xDD

You won't like much later either, unfortunately. But reasons he has for behaving this way. And let me ask you something - you meet a girl and she falls in love with you, then forces upon you some kisses, you enjoy them, go on with the flow and without noticing both of you are in love and ready to spring in a new relationship. A few months pass and you went from straight to gay in such a short time and while you not doubt yourself and your new found orientation, how do you feel about your partner who has been as straight as you have? In love, there will always be doubts especially in such type of relationships, when you give all of yourself and in the end... something comes along the way and you don't know what to do, but... what? To run away from the pain of being betrayed, from the fact that you have given all of yourself to someone you thought you knew.
Okay, this might not make sense much because the reason Kazuya left hasn't been revealed yet and I can't be that much of a spoiler. But, trust me that, while I myself disagree with the way I made my character act upon some truths, I also understand his pain of wanting to hide and run away. Their relationship wasn't deep, it was just something born out of lust and curiosity, they still had a long way to turn into something more serious and while my partner in crime aroruae might not agree with me on this, Kazuya was afraid. And he will reveal as such to Jin later in the story.
BUT!
You have all the reasons to dislike Kazuya here, I won't blame you for anything :D Yet, sorry, I won't join you in this dislike because I, as this character's writer, know and understand him the best ;( And everyone makes mistakes, even in RL, just like these in this story.
Kazu didn't see fit to honour his brother's dying wish.
Yes, that's right. But only one knows what inside his soul and as much he would have wanted to do this, Kazuya just couldn't bring himself to do so because he was/is afraid ^^ And now I'll stop here or aroruae will kill for spoiling my character's reasons lol
Thanks for commenting & reading and don't worry about your words~ You haven't offended anyone and I understand you perfectly because, trust me, I even cried while writing some scenes T_T shame on me, ne?
Thanks again and hope to change your opinion in the future lol
Oh, I forgot to answer your questions >////< silly me ^^;
They wouldn't have lasted, but if there was will from both sides they would have ended up together in one country one way or another :P And seeing as Jin was the clingy one, probably Kazuya would have been kidnapped to America LOL
I think they would have made it one way or another, as long as they were to see each other :"3 You know, far from eyes, far from heart :))
