3 Ryōkan is a traditional Japanese inn, mostly placed outside the cities where its visitors can enjoy the beauty of nature and relax. The best and most searched are thos who have onsen. More information here
4 Yokōsou means 'welcome' and it's the polite, formal way to address someone; it's used especially by those in inns, hotels or resturants.
5 Yukata is the traditional Japanese clothing, usually worn during summer time at festivals - matsuri. But they are also offered to the guests that decide to spend a night in a ryōkan for a more Japanese feeling. More information here
6 Kazuya calls Mika name without an honorific like chan or san which show that there is a more intimate relationship between them. Formality and honorifics are very important in Japan, you can easily tell the type of relationship between two persons.
7 Onsen are hot springs, usually found at ryōkan. It is said that they have healing benefits. More information here
