BACK FROM DALLAS
Hey everyone,
Greg and I are back from Dallas, I had a great time, it was very productive, and I'm actually 2 ep's ahead of where we were hoping to finsh. I'm sorry that I can't talk about the show yet, but the director assures me he will be announcing the cast, possibly as early as Feb, so then I'll be able to talk about it. I can't wait because it's such a cool show, with so many amazing people in it. I was also lucky enough to get to pop in and voice a couple of quick lines for another show (that's also incredible) for another friend of mine who's directing up there. That was a ton of fun also.
The first night we got there we I finally got to see Section 8 perform, the show was incredible, dispite a kind of Jerry Springer moment, that the company handled incredibly well. It was one of those situations that could have been hell for everyone who was there, but the three performers on stage were able to completely turn it around and diffused the situation. (I have to say, it was really REALLY impressive) After the show we went out with Eric Cherry and two of his friends, for a LATE night dinner. Wed. I had about 4 hours of recording, and after I was done, I met up with a friend from Arlington and we hung out until very late.
Yesterday after I finished recording, Greg and I went to lunch with Mike McFarland, Moncia, Claireen and Antamier, and had a great lunch, and alot of fun converstaions. Then Greg and I settled in for the trip down the road back to Houston. We got in and Met Kaveman and David D (Lord Dewi) for a late night snack, and came home.. So that's the way the past couple of days have been.. All Good.. Hope you've all had a great week.
