Just thought id do a quick update of love.
Had a goodfew days back home some of it was so painfully dull tho so it had me going to bed at 8 on a sunday. I just cant handle heartbeat fuckin pearents.
Went to see king kong last night which i thought was amazing apart from the 1st hour or so which dragged on was filld with clunky scens jokes that didnt work and shite backstorys to chrecters played by jamie bell and some token black guy. There were points when these to fucks would start waffling on about how jamie should get off that boat he works on find himself a real job get in skool blah blah blah, it was preety painfull stuff and if i had eaten all my galaxy mintrals by then it would have involved mass puking on a bald mans head.
But thankfully the second they got to skull island in involved instant nasty violence ppl being speared by crazy nativs heads gettin cracked open freaky old grannys with bad hair tlaking some wise old voodo words it was pure peter jackson at his insane best and i was loving it, it must have kicked all the kids sitting in the audience in the face.
The stuff with kong was mind blowing every move of his face conveyed his feelings his words everything, he never had to speak as his face told everything, it was just amazing to see and really touching in parts.
He was like a big kid and it was just really funny to see that played by a giant ape.
The film did suffer from the oddpart of shit C.G tho whcih is a shame as the last part of the film has some of the best effects work i have ever seen, but when you have a 3 hour film which for preety much all of it has c.g in it somewere its gonna b hard to make everything top notch all the time.
id just warn people to stick with it cus the second you reach skull island the film is just perfect. It becomes funny scary excitign nasty loud action packed it becoems an awsoem adventure flick, and the end scens in new york r beutifull and tragic all at the same time.
Im gonna defo see it again i just wanna take it all in without my mind and arse being raped for an hour at the beginning.
O and i allso saw doom tonight................................
