I want to fight something now!
I just got back from and SCA meeting and had way too much fun. SCA is a world-wide organization that you can learn sword fighting from. And I'm learning now. :) I'm doing to heavyies, which means I'm fighting with sword and shield right now, and eventually I'm going to learn the two-handed greatswords. Today was the first day that I actually got to get into armor and fight against an opponent. I got my ass kicked up and down, but it was still fun. Once I learn how to properly wield a sword, I am so buying a real one for myself. Now isn't that a scary thought. Me with a sword. And actually knowing how to use it. Wow, I think I just felt the world shuddering in fear.
