In the first passage of the book he states that this is merely a recolection of his personal thoughts and feelings. And thats a good thing because about 60% of the book is his opinion on things like "Isness". Or "being in the now". I understand he is trying to give an abstract opinion of reality, but his opinion on things like that are kind of ...confusing and absurd. But the other 40% of the book is really enlightening. He describes in detail his theory of having no way as way. And his opinions on achieving potential, love, and marriage are pretty cool. Over all I give it a 10 out of 15. For being enlightening but misleading. And his opinions of religion kinda upset me.
