1. Creat a new layer [Go: Layer -> New -> Layer]
Fill this layer with #89f1f2 color - set on Soft Light (100%).
This will add our picture some blue color and bright a little.
2. Go: Image -> Adjustments -> Hue/Saturation
Fill:
[Master]
Hue: 0
Daturation: +23
Lightness: 0
[Reds]
Hue: 0
Daturation: +26
Lightness: 0
[Yellows]
Hue: 0
Daturation: +20
Lightness: 0
[Blues]
Hue: 0
Daturation: +23
Lightness: 0
This action will stron colors.
3. Creat a new layer [Go: Layer -> New -> Layer]
Fill this layer with #0096ff color - set on Luminosity (27%).
This will make our picture darker.
4. Go: Image -> Adjustments -> Channel Mixer
Fill:
[Red]
Red: +107
Green: -15
Blue: +10
[Green]
Red: -15
Green: +69
Blue: +21
[Blue]
Red: -40
Green: +23
Blue: +128
This action will make our pic very hard pink, don't worry we're going to fix it.
5. Go: Image -> Adjustments -> Selective Color
Fill:
[Reds]
Cyan: -100
Magneta: 0
Yellow: +100
Black: 0
[Neutrals]
Cyan: 0
Magneta: 0
Yellow: -39
Black: 0
Like in 4. point, but more pink!
6 Creat a new layer [Go: Layer -> New -> Layer]
Fill this layer with #b8f35b color - set on Soft Light (100%).
And this is the most important! This will make our icon what we wanted look like :)
7. Sharp it a little.
