So close!
Well as of this past Wednesday, there was one month until my graduation (which also means that this past wednesday was five months for me and niles...yay!). I'm very ready to graduate.
I'm actually home right now for my last ever long weekend. Weird.
I think i've finally convinced my dad to get me a macbook. He said he would buy me a new laptop for clemson because the one im using now is his and he wants it back. And i've wanted a mac for a long time, so that would be nice.
Prom was last weekend. It was very very good. My new facebook profile picture is from prom...thats the only picture i have up so far though.
I don't really know what i'm going to do the rest of the night...niles is taking the sat tomorrow, so he can't do anything tonight, so i think i'll just read a book or something. Or maybe i'll start the pile of work i brought home. Bleh.
I'm so ready to be done working all the time! Speaking of working, I need to get a job this summer. Any suggestions?
Tomorrow i think i'll bum around all day, maybe work, maybe go shopping for a dress or something (for some end of the year things at school), then hang out with niles tomorrow night.
Sunday is the athletic award ceremony at school, so i have to be back in time for that.
I love brian pannenbacker (the food director at school). The other day he was fixing my pita bread and hummus and he put all the hummus in the center of the plate and cut up the pita bread into eight little slices and arranged them around the hummus all pretty and such. One of the cafeteria ladies asked him what he was doing and he said I was his food committee girl and he had to make me a special plate. Haha...he makes me smile. (I'm the head of food committee btw.)
So two weekends ago was SCJAS (South Carolina Junior Academy of Science), where I presented my research for the last time. I got fifty bucks off of my paper too...I won third place for it. So that was nice. After SCJAS me, heidi, and nick drove up to clemson (saw justin, that was nice) and stayed friday night (we didnt actually get there till around 12:30 friday night) with mac and jason. Then we decided to head to usc saturday (again, got there around 12:30 saturday night), and we stayed with george after going to a birthday thing his friends were throwing for him. So that was a good weekend.
Ok, yeah i think im going to go take a nice bath and read a book. It'll be a month until i have enough time to do something like that again. Bleh.
Oh, and I wish I could come to the lhs graduation, but I have an exam that starts at 9:30 that morning. So I won't be able to make it unfortunately. But anyone who feels like driving to hartsville the week after for my graduation is welcome to do it....heh.
