I have so much to write. Bar Harbor Brass Week, friends on the island and here, my 18th birthday (that's today, by the way)... I'm going hiking in the mountains for a few days by myself. I'm thinking of hitting Katadin, and then Double Top. I'll bring my trusty yellow legal pad, and type it all when I come back.

Yeah, I didn't bring that. But the bugs were really mild. I didn't bring sunscreen, either. The sun was most definitely NOT mild.
