My Return to the Desert (Part III)
I am now back in the desert (again).
San Diego was great. I loved getting out of Arizona, that always feel good. Went to the beach a few times. Beautiful. If it weren't so freaking expensive to live in Cali, I might actually want to (only near the beach though). Fun New Year's party, though my knee was killing from having to drive six hours that morning.
Stayed with the Oertle's. One of the most amazing families I have ever met.
Would have loved to stay longer...even the whole rest of break. But every good time must come to an end eventually.
If I have it my way, this break (the four weeks) will be the longest time I'll ever spend in Arizona again.
But we'll see how that works out.
