So far
Edinburgh council have stolen/misplaced 150 pounds of mine towards a council tax bill.
They have sent me a council tax bill for somewhere I haven't lived for three years (with complaints stretching back almost as far for erroneous billing).
And the usual incompetence.
Now:
I have a warrant for money owed. Hooray. I only had seven days to complain about it. Which it arrived 8 days after it was sent.
Hooray.
I am looking forward to spending monday morning in the council tax office again. As I have spent so many afternoons there before.
