Later, I'll add bits about "how to attract new members." (Am told that they probably won't be happy if I answer "with magnets.")

You could try sticking strips and traps...then you could drag them over.

I gather they also won't be happy with "we use our Alien Mind Control Powers, bounced off the cable-TV satellites, to draw new members."

I will have to find a way to reference tinfoil hats, though.

I think the bio of Emperor Norton on Wikipedia (en.wikipedia.org) is pretty good, and it's under something akin to the General Public License, so reusable here.
