lookie, infinity goodies! (no, not chapters yet)

I have Infinity goodies for you! I know I haven't put anything out officially, but I had hit this point in my plot where I didn't think I could jump the hurdle, but I have, quite remarkable really--it all flows really well now. Mysteries abound, tons of interesting characters, relationships, plot twists, etc. Wow it's taken a lot of energy to get everything settled in my head. I'm a settler, then I write, sometimes it's not the best method for some people--but I like to know where I'm going before I take off. :P Save the effort.

Hahaha, embarrassingly enough, you can tell which ones I worked on and which ones I just bullshitted. :P I will have better icons of course, when I feel like working on them. :DDD

I decided I might as well post one collection of the shitload of music I've listened to while writing. But I just thought I'd make it the second collection, since I rather like sitakhet's choices. :P

1. Bliss - Muse
   Melissa - This is how I've always perceived Melissa--she's someone who every envies because of her optimism. Especially Gregory, who fell in love with her for that very reason. Gregory is certainly in a state of bliss with Melissa.
   
   
2. Chemicals React - Aly & AJ
   Jillian - Come on, now, we're all girls. And we all find that our crushes lead to this point. This is after she's first met Andrew--and they managed to find something in each other. For Jillian, it was everything she has ever really wanted in her life.
   
   
3. Hero/Heroine - Boys Like Girls
   Andrew - Andrew is caught completely off guard by Jillian. This song describes how odd he feels having all of these secrets, and how incredibly sinful he feels being with her--but he'd risk everything to stay with her.
   
   
4. The Hound (of Blood and Rank) - Coheed and Cambria
   Evan - Oh the mystery that is Evan. This song is the Pureblood theme song. It just is. They're referred to as the Rasecht, which in Dutch means purebred--which Evan believes refers to just animal breeds, like dogs--and is irritated that they continue to call themselves that. I just found the title ironic and the lyrics certainly are as well. Evan is the natural enemy of every vampire, I guess this is how they'd view him.
   
   
5. Iris - Goo Goo Dolls
   Andrew - This is when Andrew decides to tell Jillian what he is, he can't stand the secrets anymore. He's unsure of how she will take it, but he wants to make sure she knows everything. He just wants her to know who he is... :P
   
   
6. Animal I've Become - Three Days Grace
   Andrew - After all the secrets have been unleashed and something devastating happens, Jillian is thrown into the world of the vampires. She's become afraid of all of them, especially Andrew, who she witnessed a horrific act from. Andrew hates himself for what he is--and hates the fact that he's pulled her into this world because of his own selfishness.
   
   
7. No Good - Kate Voegele
   Lois - My goodness this is a Lois song. She follows Andrew endlessly, even though he does not return her feelings. Her emotions go haywire when she has to deal with Jillian coming into his life. She starts to realize how foolish she's been to follow someone who has never loved her and has barely even paid any attention to her whatsoever. It doesn't seem to matter to her status now, her love for him has simply become a habit. She kind of has to realize that Andrew isn't meant for her--and it hurts pretty badly for her to let go.
   
   
8. Never Is A Promise - Fiona Apple
   Lois/Claude - Their relationship is so screwed up. Claude loves her, but never says anything. Lois spent all of her time thinking of Andrew. But Claude, as her best friend, basically tries to comfort her, but she doesn't feel he's ever truly understood her. She can't afford to risk her emotions again, so she refuses to accept his promises--regardless that Claude has always been there for her, she's in a very weak point and thinks that withdrawing from everyone is a better alternative than just latching onto another person. (It's a moment of growth! What a surprise!)
   
   
9. The Tower - Vienna Teng
   Cecelia - We learn a lot about Cecelia when Jillian and her talk. This song is really kind of Cecelia from Jillian's point of view. She sees what a strong willed person Cecelia is, despite how many people view her. The way she's lived her life has always been for others instead of for herself.
   
   
10. Now or Never - Josh Groban
    Otto/Cecelia - This song is all Otto's confessions. He finally gets up the courage to tell Cecelia how he feels about her. He's sick and tired of waiting and wants her to stop hiding behind her walls. That he can take care of her, she doesn't have to do it by herself.
    
    
11. Pressure - Paramore
    Benton - Ever since the group had pulled together. Benton feels like the odd man out. Even Claude has more personal connections than he does. His relationship with Andrew was cut severely after his turning and they constantly fight. The group usually follows Andrew's lead, disregarding any input from Benton. He feels like he's always the shunned one of the group, even during his time.
    
    
12. Whisper - A Fine Frenzy
    Lois - I can't really tell you a lot about this song. But when this part of the story happens, you'll understand what it means.
    
    
13. The Running Free - Coheed and Cambria
    Alexandra - Hahaha, I can't really tell you anything about this song either. But it is very important.
    
    
14. I Will Follow You Into the Dark - Death Cab For Cutie
    Gregory/Melissa - I'm starting to think I shouldn't post these until after I've writing the whole novel. Haha. But yeah, this song makes sense for their kind of love. :P Plus, I love this song.
    
    
15. Whatever It Takes - Lifehouse
    Andrew - He knows that he's hurt Jillian (can't tell you how!), so this is basically the song for his apologies. I can't tell you much more than that.
    
    
16. Tears - Aly & AJ
    Jillian - It's not just for Jillian, but there's a lot of angst. And Jillian is a character who has had to deal with a lot in her life, and even more so now--she feels like she's breaking down and there doesn't seem to be a reason for anything. And she's finally crying.
    
    
17. Daughter - Vienna Teng
    Jillian - I really, really, really can't tell you anything about this song. But it's a beautiful song for what I want to describe. Her dreams have a lot to do with this now too.
    
    
18. Your Armor - Charlotte Martin
    Evan/Cassie - The battle of the minds! However, Cassie has really fallen for Evan, despite how wrong he seems to be for her, especially since he's a douche-bag. But he had opened up to her and she couldn't help herself.
    
    
19. Pretty Baby - Vanessa Carlton
    Andrew/Jillian - Their love story has FINALLY happened. They both feel incredible together, but they know that nothing is easy, and their future certainly isn't.
    
    
20. It's Not My Time - 3 Doors Down
    Main Group - After falling into the near apocalypse, the group knows what's to come and realizes that they're going to have to fight to survive and to save the world (quite literally). They have a lot to fight for and they're not about to back-down. They've won and lost and the real battle is finally beginning...which means that there's a sequel. Mwahahaha. I haven't even written book 1, what am I doing to myself?
    

Well, I really hope that you nab those before the links run out. I'm finally writing and I'm feeling really good about it. Unfortunately this has taken me until 5am and I haven't stayed up this late in...years it feels. So I MUST retire, before I pass out at my computer desk.
