Get your base. Crop it the way you want.

New Curves Layer 1: Softlight; Opacity 100, Fill 60

RGB
Point One: 0/67
Point Two: 92/167

New Curves Layer 2: Softlight 100

RGB:
Point One: 0/20
Point Two: 111/137
Point Three: 231/255

Red:
Point One: 0/132

Green:
Point One: 0/26
Point Two: 137/150

Blue:
Point One: 0/21
Point Two: 152/156

Duplicate Base, Put on top. Set to Screen; Opacity 100, Fill 20

New Curves Layer: Normal; Opacity 100, Fill 20

RGB:
Point One: 0/26
Point Two: 135/123

Flatten. Sharpen if you'd like.

Feel free to mess around with the opacities and settings. This doesn't work on all types of images.
