Stay inside, and you'll stay dry. There shouldn't be too many problems. The wind may knock a few things around, but I would not worry too much about it.
Then the best that can be done, really, is to wait the storm out. One can't really stop it, and since you're in the mountains, you won't have to worry about rising water, so long as you stay elevated and not in the valleys.
